The team publishes new listings themselves, and the site now doubles as the brokerage's inbound channel across Messenger, WhatsApp, and email.
The problem
A licensed Pampanga brokerage needed a site that could show off Clark-area properties with real listings, real photos, and real trust signals. Expat and OFW buyers wanted to see property specs, pricing, and area context up front before reaching out.
The owners also did not want to call a developer every time a unit went on the market. Publishing had to be something the team could do on their own.
What I built
- Brand direction and visual design for the brokerage
- Marketing site on Next.js with listings, agents, events, and area guides
- A Sanity Studio the team uses to publish content without a developer
- One shared property schema covering buy, rent, and rent-to-own
- Inquiry paths into Messenger, WhatsApp, and email
How it works
Content lives in Sanity and the site reads it through GROQ queries. Buy, rent, and rent-to-own listings share a single property schema instead of three near-identical types, so filters, detail pages, and the Studio forms all work off one shape.
